To qualify for a return:
 • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
 • Tags and labels must remain attached.
 • Items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (if available).
If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
 • Undergarments or socks
 • Accessories such as earrings or hats (if worn)
 • Items marked “Final Sale”

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
